Symptoms of general anxiety disorder must run for a few days at a time and continuously recurring for a period of at least 6 months before one can say for sure that one is suffering from general anxiety disorder. It is only with this level of observations that doctors can safely prescribed medications to help combat the suffering.

Multiple signs exist to tell if one is indeed suffering from anxiety disorder. Therefore, one should take prudence and notice for signs that one is indeed suffering from general anxiety disorder and upon recognizing this, seek medications immediately so that you can live a more fulfilling and fruitful life free from anxiety and panic.
